Epsom Allsorts

Coronavirus update

September 2020

As a result of the new restrictions outlined by UK government on 22 September, we can confirm that guidance for OUTDOOR club and group activity is not affected.

Following government and England Athletics guidance, we will continue with socially distanced, group runs for up to six ladies at a time. Time slots need to be pre booked using our WhatsApp groups. For details please refer to our members page or

Stay safe and well.

Epsom Allsorts Committee.

We are a very friendly women-only running club. Our club name says a lot about us. We run mostly in and around the Epsom area and we have a wonderful mix of members with a wide range of running abilities and running goals. At one end of the spectrum are the seriously competitive who regularly race at a high level. At the other are 'social' runners who want to run in company and to keep active and healthy. We believe this mix is what makes the club unique.

NHS challenge

Allsorts have been taking part in various challenges to keep fit and raise money for our amazing NHS, during the Covid Crisis.

Our enthusiastic members have been up to allsorts of things to keep fit and raise money for the NHS. In return for all their efforts everyone received one of these fantastic medals. Members then took selfies wearing their new bling, posting it on our members only facebook page, where Kate Price was able to create a super collage.

Lockdown but not out!

During lockdown group running has been suspended, races cancelled and social distancing has become the 'new normal'.

Despite all this our wonderful club chair - Louise Acher has led the Allsorts charge and kept us all motivated, informed and cheerful with fun challenges, facebook posts and tips to keep fit and healthy during this trying time. We look forward to the time when we can all run together again!

Thanks Louise!
